The LSU Tigers beat the then #8 ranked Florida Gators last night to stay undefeated on the season.  A trick play with a fake field goal which resulted into a touchdown for the purple and gold proved to be the final score LSU needed to get the win 35-28.

With the win, the Tigers finally have cracked the top 5 in the Ap Poll.  LSU moved from #6 to #5 in the AP Poll but stayed put at #5 in the coaches poll.

The Tigers will step out of SEC conference play this week and take on Western Kentucky at Tigers Stadium in Baton Rouge. The game kicks off at 6:00 p.m. and will be televised on ESPNU.
