LSU Football Season Opener Has Late Start September 2
Football fans we are only fifty days away from the start of the LSU Football season. Yes I know I can't wait either. For the LSU Tigers, they kickoff the 2017 in a big way.
First, this will be the first full season for new head coach Ed Orgeron at the helm and he will be tested early on a national stage!
The LSU Tigers football team will face BYU in Houston Texas at NRG stadium on September 2nd. The game has an unusually late start time. The game is slated to kickoff at 8:30 p.m. Central time. The game will be televised nationally on ESPN.
I know that's late but I guess it gives you more time to tailgate Tiger fans!
The purple and gold have a pretty tough road schedule this year. The Tigers will travel to take on Ole Miss, Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama in SEC play. They will host Auburn, Texas A&M and Arkansas at home in SEC play.
