LSU Moves Up In National Polls Heading Into Bye Week
Three in a row, ladies and gentlemen! That's right, the Tigers have rattled off three straight SEC wins in a row after their shocking loss to Troy over a month ago.
LSU beat Florida on the road, then beat the then #10th ranked Auburn Tigers at home. The win over Auburn put the Tigers back into the national rankings last week, landing them in the #25 spot.
Then, last Saturday, the purple and gold beat Ole Miss on the road in Oxford 40-24. The win was their third straight victory, and also moved them up in the polls again heading into their bye week.
LSU is now ranked #23 in both the AP Top 25 and the Amway Coaches Polls. The Tigers are off this week, and will start preparing for the game all Tiger fans circle on their calendar every year.
LSU will face the #1 ranked Alabama Crimson Tide game, which will be on Saturday, November 4th in Tuscaloosa. Game time has not been set yet. They will announce the game time and what channel it will air on after this weekend's games.
