LSU Running Back Leonard Fournette Honored With SEC Sportsmanship Award

He has already become LSU's record setting running back and the list of honors just keep on growing for Tigers running back Leonard Fournette.

Today, Fournette has been named the 2015-2016 Men's SEC Sportsmanship Award.  The winner of this award is selected by a vote of the SEC’s 14 Directors of Athletics.

Leonard Fournette earned the men’s SEC Sportsmanship Award for his actions in support of the people of South Carolina after unprecedented flooding in that state.

Fournette will return for the Tigers football team this year as a junior.  Look for him to make another chase at the Heisman trophy again this year and he can make a good frist impression when the Tigers face Wisconsin on a national stage on September 3rd in historic Lambeau Field to open up the 2016 season.
