By now, everyone knows that LSU lost their season opener to Wisconsin on Saturday, 16-14. Surely the Tigers will drop from the #5 spot in the polls after the loss.

In the late stages of the game, LSU quarterback Brandon Harris dropped back to pass and threw his pass straight to Wisconsin's safety D'Cota Dixon who intercepted the pass.

After getting up off the ground, Dixon went to celebrate by running down the field when LSU offensive lineman Josh Boutte just hammered Dixon into the turf. Here is the play:

Head coach Les Miles announced that Boutte will miss the Tigers' home opener against Jacksonville State this Saturday, September 10th. Miles also said that Boutte called Dixon to personally apologize for the unsportsmanlike play.
