The LSU Tigers are coming off of an impressive win against Auburn last Saturday beating the War Eagles 45-21 and running for over 400 yards in the game.

Now the Tigers set their sight's on the Orange of Syracuse as they will travel up to upstate New York this Saturday morning in a very rare early morning game.

The last time the Tigers and the Orange played each other is was in 1989 in the Hall of Fame Bowl which is now known as the Outback Bowl.  Syracuse beat LSU 23-10 in that game.

This Saturday, get ready LSU fans because the game has been set for a 11:00 a.m. kickoff Central time.  The game will also be televised nationally ESPN right after their popular College Gameday show.

The Tigers jumped up to #8 in the AP poll this week and #9 in the Coaches poll after their win last Saturday.
