LSU Tigers Baseball No. 5 in USA Today Preseason Baseball Poll

College baseball is less than a month away from starting and all the preseason polls arecoming out. The one most programs have been waiting for was the USA Today preseason poll.

Well that poll was released yesterday and the LSU Tigers received another top 5 ranking! The LSU Tigers baseball team are nationally ranked by the USA Today poll at #5.

The Tigers are in the top 12 in every poll so far released this year. They are ranked #11 by Baseball America, #5 by Perfect Game, and #7 by Collegiate Baseball and the D1Baseball.com.

Other SEC teams that are in the top 10 in the USA Today coaches poll include Florida who got the top spot at #1 Florida. Vanderbilt is ranked #3 and Texas A&M at #4.
