Mattress Mack is probably one of the most famous fans that the Astros have. He routinely runs sales promotions at his stores based on if the Astros win during the MLB season. He's also known for betting huge amounts of money on the Astros during the postseason.

This time Mack flew to the Barstool Sportsbook at L'Auberge Casino in Lake Charles to place another huge wager. McIngvale threw down a $2 million futures bet on the Astros to win the World Series this season. If he wins, he'll cash out a cool $10.6 million.

One thing I love about Mattress Mack is his passion for Astros baseball. Every time I see the guy he's dressed in an Astros jersey or team polo and ball cap. He lives and breathes Astros baseball.

Mattress Mack isn't afraid to lose money either. In 2019, he bet $13 million that the Stros would win the World Series. They lost in a seven games series to the Washington Nationals that year.

It's so genius how he essentially uses in-store promotions at his stores to fund his bets. Even though he's betting huge amounts of money, he'll make it back by mattresses sold at his store.

Growing up in the 90s I was an Atlanta Braves fan, however, it would be nice to see a team right down I-10 take the pennant again.

The biggest thing I like about Mattress Mack is that he's such a champion for the human race. The guy has a huge heart. He's fed his community, he lets hurricane victims sleep at his stores, he feeds his warehouse workers three meals a day for free, Mack also runs an elementary, high school, and adult trade school completely for free, and much more.
