McNeese Basketball Preseason Scrimmage & Fan Fest on Sunday

The Cowboys and Cowgirls will host a Fan Fest on Sunday, October 26, inside Townsley Law Arena, giving fans a chance to meet their favorite players and get an early look at this year’s teams.

During the fan fest, the men's team will scrimmage Grambling at 3 PM.

Outside on Citgo Poke Plaza, families can enjoy fun jumps, face painting, and giveaways from several corporate sponsors before and during the action. After the scrimmage, players from both the Cowboys and Cowgirls will stick around to sign autographs and take photos with fans.

Sunday’s scrimmage will mark the final tune-up for the Cowboys before their season opener on November 3 at home against Champion Christian at 6:30 p.m. The Cowgirls will get an early start that same day, opening their season at 11 a.m. against Pensacola Christian College in the annual Education Game, which draws thousands of local school kids each year.
