According to KATC, The Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control (ATC) will allow restaurant permit holders to sell prepackaged beer and/or wine through the drive-thru or curbside pick-up. This is on a temporary basis. Any restaurant that plans on offering food being delivered with wine or beer by their own employees may submit an application to the ATC. Restaurants should submit their applications online, by mail, or by email to ATC-Attorneys@atc.la.gov.  The ATC will prioritize the processing of all applications received.
