Lake Charles, Louisiana – Get ready for a night of laughs in Lake Charles. Popular comedian and entertainer Rodney Carrington is coming to the Golden Nugget Lake Charles this December.

Tickets go on sale on Friday, and we've got everything you need to know leading up to the show!

The Lake Charles area has become one of the best areas in the State for live music. We are grateful to have great venues in the Southwest Louisiana area, like the Lake Charles Event Center, Southlake Theater, Golden Nugget-Lake Charles, L'Auberge Casino, and Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder. About Rodney Carrington, the Comedian and Musician

Rodney Carrington is known for mixing comedy, music, and storytelling into his shows. He has been one of the top touring comedians in the country for more than 20 years and has performed to sold-out crowds across the country.

As you may know, Carrington has released more than 10 comedy albums during his career. His albums have earned gold and platinum records, and his comedy specials have been seen by millions of people. Some of his most popular albums include Hangin' With Rodney, Morning Wood, Greatest Hits, and Here Comes the Truth. His 2019 album, Get Em Out, reached No. 1 on the iTunes comedy charts.

Carrington has also found success on television and in movies. He starred in his own ABC sitcom, "Rodney," and appeared alongside country star Toby Keith in the movie "Beer for My Horses." He also starred in his own Netflix comedy special, Here Comes the Truth.
