Southwest Louisiana Under Shelter In Place Due To Chemical Fire
According to KPLC TV's website, there is a fire at a chemical plant in Westlake, Louisiana. The cities of Sulphur, Westlake, and Moss Bluff are now under a shelter-in-place order due to the direction of the smoke being released from the plant.
They are advising that no one should travel down I-10 through Westlake at this time.
Also, the Isle of Capri Casino riverboat was pushed away from its dock and has settled underneath the I-10 bridge between Westlake and Lake Charles.
