Sulphur Hosts Barbe In Huge 3-5A District Game Tonight

Sulphur and Barbe fans have had this game circled on their calendar since the beginning of the season. Barbe and Sulphur have both had outstanding seasons and this game tonight could decide who will win the 3-5A district title.

Barbe is 7-1 on the season. Their only loss came in week four when they lost to Acadiana in a close game 28-27. This is the season finale for Barbe because they didn't schedule a 10th game for the season so essentially they will have a bye week next week before entering the playoffs.

Sulphur is 6-2 on the year with their only two loses are to Washington Marion and Brother Martin.

Tonight Barbe travels to Sulphur in the huge rivalry game. The game will be aired on both 1470 KLCL AM and 1310 KEZM AM starting at 6:30 p.m. Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m.
