Since Christmas, the Louisiana Department of Health reports there's been 30,000 new COVID-19 cases in the state. To respond to the surge more sites have opened.

The state has gone up and down with its numbers, phases, and mandates, but tomorrow will mark the second time that the state's mask mandate is officially lifted.
