A senator is keeping the Sunshine Protection Act in the forefront to stop the clock changes so Louisiana and the country can stick to Daylight Saving Time.

Last night, Cruz and Rubio seemed desperate. Trump was bashful. The audience was ridiculous. The overall debate, I felt, was more of a blackeye on the Republican side of things.
