Tigers Move Up In National Polls –Preparing For #1 Alabama

Even though the LSU Tigers were off last weekend, they still moved up a few spots in the national college football rankings.

It probably had to do with the fact that a couple of top 5 teams lost over the weekend.  Then, #2 Penn State lost to Ohio State, and #3 TCU lost to #25 Iowa State.

The Tigers are currently ranked #19 in the latest AP Poll while sitting at #20 in the Amway Coaches poll.

LSU is now preparing to take on the #1 team in the country this Saturday night.  The Tigers will travel to Tuscaloosa to take on the Alabama Crimson Tide.  The game will be televised to a national audience at 7:00 p.m on CBS.
