Two Arrested & Warrant Issued for Burglary & Theft, Suspects Identified from Surveillance Camera
Burglary Suspects 8-8-19
Deputies with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office were contacted by Wayne's Bar and Deli, Hwy 27 in Sulphur, on Monday, August 5, after they were the victims of a burglary.
According to a media release from Kim Myers:
When deputies arrived they learned, earlier that morning, suspects cut a hole in the exterior wall of the business, causing several thousand dollars’ worth of damage, to gain access in the video poker room. Once inside the suspects destroyed three poker machines and gained access to the cash boxes located inside the machines.
Detectives viewed surveillance footage from the business, where they able to identify three suspects. Oda Soileau, III, 48, Kelley K. Finney, 42, both of 2416 Drum Drive, and Robert R. Kilgore, II, 39, of 2307 Salmon Street.
Soileau and Finney were arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center on Thursday, August 8. A warrant for $110,000 was also signed and issued for the arrest of Kilgore. All are charged with criminal damage to property over $50,000, simple burglary, and theft from $1,000 to $5,000. Soileau’s bond is set at $110,000 ,and Finney’s bond at $60,000.
