Which Is Better: Elf on the Shelf, or Gator in a Tater?

You've probably seen the "You've heard of Elf on the Shelf, now get ready for..." meme by now. If you haven't, it's basically just putting things on other things that rhyme with the first things.

For example, we've seen Dolly (Parton) on a Tamale, Seinfeld in a Minefield, and Obama on a Llama, among others. Most of them are pretty funny; some of them aren't. Which is basically the same for our list of Louisiana Things on Other Things. Some are kinda funny and some aren't, because we're probably not nearly as clever as we think we are.
