Lake Charles, Louisiana (KHLA-FM) - Legendary rock band ZZ Top will be in Lake Charles this weekend, and we've got everything you need to know about the show and grabbing last-minute tickets.

Can you believe that the band, ZZ Top, also known as “That Little Ol’ Band From Texas,” has been playing music for over 50 years? Crazy! Even after all these years, the band is still touring and putting on exciting live shows.

The band is led by singer and guitarist Billy F. Gibbons and drummer Frank Beard. Bassist Elwood Francis now plays with the group after longtime member Dusty Hill passed away in 2021.

ZZ Top is staying busy in 2026 with a packed tour schedule. The band is currently on “The Big One!” tour across the United States through May, with several stops in Louisiana and nearby states. They’re also teaming up with Dwight Yoakam for the “Dos Amigos” tour, playing shows together throughout the spring. After that, ZZ Top will head overseas for a summer run of concerts across Europe, then return in November for shows in Mexico and South America, wrapping up in Argentina.

ZZ Top has made many BANGER songs over the years, including “La Grange,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” and “Legs.” Their music has been loved by fans all over the world for decades.

ZZ Top Making Multiple Louisiana Stops This Weekend

ZZ Top will take the stage Friday night, April 3, at the Golden Nugget Grand Event Center. The show is set to start at 8:30 p.m. Remember, if you want to head to this show, you have to be 21+ to go.
