The new Taylor Swift Education Center is officially open at Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The hit-making songstress was on-hand for Saturday’s ribbon cutting ceremony, which gave local media a sneak peek of the facility’s three classrooms, a student art gallery and interactive exhibit hall. The Taylor Swift Education Center was funded by her $4 million donation, which is the largest gift from an individual artist in the museum’s history. The project is part of a $100 million expansion at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. So far, $78 million has been raised toward the overall goal.

This week, Taylor heads to South Africa to film her scenes of The Giver with Meryl Streep and Jeff Bridges. The Red tour heads to New Zealand and Australia beginning November 29th in Auckland.
