Calcasieu Parish Residents Garbage Pickup Times Changed For Holidays

The Christmas holiday is next week and the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury have announced that Calcasieu Parish garbage pickup will be changed for the holiday.

Calcasieu Parish offices will be closed on Tuesday Dec. 24th and Wednesday Dec. 25th in observance of the holiday. With that being said Laura Heller with the Police Jury said,

Waste Management services will be delayed one day for customers with Wednesday- Friday pickups -- garbage and trash normally picked up on Wednesday will be picked up on Thursday. This schedule will continue the rest of the week, with Friday’s scheduled pickup happening on Saturday. Call Waste Management at 337-377-0567 with any questions concerning the pickup schedule.
