Contraband Days One Week Of Live Entertainment Starts Today

Recently I talked about the legendary Contraband days festival and how they have condensed all the entertainment into just one weekend.  Well that all starts today and runs through this Sunday, May 7th.

Tonight, Contraband Days fired up with carnival rides, food and live entertainment.  HEre is your line up of entertainment starting today and going through this Sunday:

Thursday, April 4th:

Friday, May 5th:

• 7:00 p.m. --Ron Fruge & Family
• 7:15 p.m. -- Mayor Of Lake Charles Walks The Plank
• 10:00 p.m.  --Knuckle Deep

Saturday, May 6th:

• 12:00 p.m. -- Dean Manning
• 1:00 p.m. --Rosedown Rockers
• 3:30 p.m. -- Willie, Waylon, Elvis & the Boys
• 5:00 p.m. --Louisiana Express
• 7:00 p.m.Champagne Room
• 9:30 p.m. --Cupid

Sunday, May 7th:

• 1:00 p.m. -- Jeremy Fruge & the Zydeco Hot Boyz
• 3:00 p.m. -- Twangsters Union
• 5:00 p.m. -- Rusty Metoyer & the Zydeco Krush

New this year, the parking and entry to the festival will be FREE.  So go out and enjoy a beautiful weekend in Southwest Louisiana and it won't cost you anything to go enjoy live music.
