What started in 2021 as a simple community gathering has quickly turned into a must-attend tradition. Thanks to the vision of Sara Leger and her husband Willie Leger, the event has grown into a full-blown celebration of Cajun culture.

This is where friends, families, and serious cooks come together for one common goal, which is to have a great time and maybe claim bragging rights for the best crawfish in the region.
