This is certainly bad news for an already soaked Southwest Louisiana. Meteorologists said Louisiana and Southeast Texas can expect rain in the forecast until at least next Thursday, with a  possibility of flash flooding.

NHC forecasters are also tracking a storm in the Atlantic Ocean, just off the coast of Bermuda. Tropical storm Ana formed May 22. Though that storm poses no threat to Louisiana, it determined the name of the Gulf Coast disturbance, should it become a tropical storm. It's name will be Bill if forecasters upgrade its current category rating.
