Downtown at Sundown to Stream Concert Series Online May 15

The popular Southwest Louisiana concert series, Downtown at Sundown, has been running in Lake Charles since 1999. This year, they have announced plans to stream their first concert online on Friday, May 15, 2020.

Due to the COVID-19 federal and state guidelines, they will not be able to hold the concert in downtown Lake Charles like in years past, but they still wanted SWLA to be able to enjoy live music.

The artists featured to play that day are Rusty Metoyer and Casey Peveto. The virtual concerts will be streamed live from different downtown business locations.

According to Matt Young with the city of Lake Charles, Rusty Metoyer and Casey Peveto's concerts will be broadcast on two different websites. They are pushvenue.com and Facebook..
