Dusty Slay Is Coming to Lake Charles in 2026

Lake Charles, Louisiana (KNGT-FM) - Another day, and another big announcement for a national name coming to Southwest Louisiana. The Golden Nugget has announced that Dusty Slay will be coming to Lake Charles in 2026.

If you've never seen Dusty, you've got to check this show out. He is HILARIOUS! I was able to see him a few years ago in Nashville at the Grand Ole Opry.

Dusty Slay is a stand-up comedian from Opelika, Alabama. He grew up in a trailer park and uses his real-life experiences to make people laugh. In 2012, Dusty quit drinking and focused on comedy.

Over the years, Dusty has performed on big shows like The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and Netflix’s The Standups. He became the youngest comedian to ever perform at the Grand Ole Opry and often sells out comedy clubs across the country.

Golden Nugget Lake Charles has announced that Dusty Slay will be in Lake Charles on June 27, 2026. The show will take place inside the Grand Event Center, there at the Casino.

For fans wanting to snag tickets, tickets will go on sale Friday, October 17th, at 10 AM.
