This coming weekend will be a benefit and celebration of life for Jason Webb. Webb was taking a jog recently and was sadly struck and killed by a drunk driver. The Air Force veteran leaves behind a loving wife and four kids. Friends and family have gotten together to host a benefit for the family in honor of Jason featuring live local music and activities.

The event will be hosted this weekend at the New Ragley Ball field and MCed by our very own Chad Austin. Live music will be provided by Dani LaCour, Johnny Jimenez, Chad Ryan, Cameron Drake Band, Air Junkies, Cody Forrest, The Charlie Wayne Band, and Red Republiq. They will have activities for the kids including jump houses. A silent auction will be set up, followed by a live auction later in the day hosted by Hal McMillen at 2:00pm. Free food will be provided by Lake Charles Toyota, and there will be concessions also available for purchase during the day.

The event begins Saturday at 10:00am as Chad Austin kicks off the festivities, and starts the all day long live music. This event is free to attend, and you are allowed to BYBO with a $10 donation.
