Jennings Airport Hosting 42nd Annual Stearman Fly-in

We've got another exciting event for kids of all ages coming back for another year here in Southwest Louisiana!

The End of the Season Stearman Fly-In in Jennings, LA is definitely an event that you absolutely cannot miss! It takes place every year on the first weekend of October, beginning on a Thursday and ending on Sunday.

You could find it to be the most fun and exciting aviation event that you will ever attend. According to the events page, you may never find a better group of people and will never make any better friends. The event consists of a lot of flying. They do a poker run, fly out to lunch, have flour bombing and spot landing contests, and practice formation flying. We also dine and dance and have an overall great time.

The free event will take place on Saturday, October 7th at Jennings Airport. The event allows viewers to come and view the planes close up as well as see flying competitions at the Jennings Airport on 1704 Public Works Rd.

There will be food, drinks, and t-shirts for sale at the event which will be from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
