Little Big Town & Sugarland To Have 2 Shows Together In Texas

At the 2024 CMT Awards on Sunday, Little Big Town and Sugarland performed a breathtaking rendition of Phil Collins's "Take Me Home," sharing the stage for the first time since 2008.

Little Big Town and Sugarland announced the Take Me Home Tour before the show. The tour will begin in Greenville, South Carolina, on October 4 and end at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on December 13. It looks like the tour will make two stops in Texas.

The reunion of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush in Sugarland is not the first time that the band of Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Jimi Westbrook, and Philip Sweet has performed together on stage.

In 2008, Little Big Town, Sugarland, and Jake Owen sang Dream Academy's 1985 single "Life in a Northern Town" at the CMT Awards. Little Big Town would accompany Sugarland on their Incredible Machine Tour a few years later.
