Louisiana April Fools Pranks Spark Big Buzz Again

🐊 KNGT 🐊 | Louisiana — If you know me, you already know… I like to have a good time. And yeah, I like messing with people just a little bit too.

So with April Fools’ Day hitting tomorrow, it got me thinking… what kinda wild stuff folks around Louisiana are gonna pull this year? Last year WWLTV.com Reported some pretty funny Pranks.

New Orleans, they didn’t just play around… they went ALL IN. Businesses were out there acting like they lost their minds… in a good way.

You had Raising Cane's talking about dropping some kind of “moisturizing sauce” with Cardi B. I ain’t gonna lie… I had to read that twice.

Then Dat Dog said they were opening a bra shop. Yeah… a BRA shop. I don’t even know how we got from hot dogs to that, but hey, it made folks laugh.

And it didn’t stop there. Stores changing names, restaurants making up crazy menu items… people scrolling all day like, “Wait… is this real or not?”

That’s what makes Louisiana different, sha. We don’t just do pranks… we put some flavor on it.

And now here we are… April Fools’ Day is tomorrow. So the big question is… what are the Cajuns gonna come up with this year?

You know somebody���s gonna post something wild. Somebody’s gonna fall for it. And somebody’s gonna be laughing about it all week.

I wouldn’t be shocked if we see fake festival announcements, wild food combos, or somebody claiming they turned the Lake Charles Civic Center into a giant crawfish boil.

Honestly… I’m already looking over my shoulder. I know how y’all are.
