LSU vs Clemson: Kickoff Time Change Announced for Week One Showdown
(KNGT-FM) - Football season is officially here, and the LSU Tigers are set to face off against Clemson in Week One. It looks like there has been a slight change to the kickoff time for Saturday Night's game...

LSU fans are expecting big things from the 2025 LSU Football team, as Brian Kelly believes he has assembled the best roster he has had during his tenure in Baton Rouge.
But, for Kelly and the Tigers, everything starts and stops this go 'round with the Week One matchup against Clemson. LSU hasn't won a season-opening game since 2019, and that has been hanging over the heads in Baton Rouge since Brian Kelly arrived in the Red Stick.
The matchup with Clemson will no doubt be the toughest non-conference opener in quite some time, even given the matchup with Florida State the last few years. Clemson is viewed as the ACC frontrunner and one of the top competitors for a National Championship.
To start the year, Clemson is ranked No. 4 in the preseason AP Top 25 poll. LSU is ranked No. 9.
CLEMSON/LSU GAME TIME MOVED
The game has been slated to begin at 7:30 ET, but now the game time has been updated, and LSU/Clemson will kick off at 7:52 ET, so that is 6:52 local Louisiana time. The matchup will air on ABC, and Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, and Holly Rowe will be on the call of the game.
