Lumberton House For Sale, Infested With a Dinosaur?

We have all seen things for sale. In the sales world, you have to set yourself apart from the rest. This real estate add on realtor.com, seems to have nailed the idea of setting themselves apart for people to look at this 3/2 in Lumberton, TX.

It starts off simple enough, a normal outside picture of the house and property. As you click through the pictures to see the inside, you notice the house has a guest you might normally expect to be in pictures of a home for sale.

Someone has posed as a dinosaur in the photos as you take a "walk" through the different areas of the house. The dinosaur even demonstrates the bathroom, washroom, and shows off the various bedrooms.

Was this done as a goof, or is it one of the greatest real estate ads on the internet today?

The greatest part about this entire listing, is that in the description, the realtor never acknowledges the fact that there is an inflatable dinosaur in any of the photos! It just talks about how the location and land make it such a desirable investment property to the buyer.  I don't know why I find that so funny, but I can't seem to stop laughing each time i see these photos! I at least expected a pun of how "Jurassic" of a deal the buyer would be getting!
