One thing about me is I'm always down for some Mexican food! Mexican food is legitimately one of my favorite foods in the world to eat. You can't go wrong with anything. My personal favorites are Quesadillas, a steak fajita, or some chicken, rice, and queso (AKA, a Happy Plate).

Pair any of those meals with a margarita, and I'm all set. Even better when it's 2-for-1 margarita days, those are everyone's favorite days.

THERE IS OFFICIALLY A MEXICAN BUFFET IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA!

If you’re driving through Moss Bluff or in the SWLA area at lunchtime, swing by La Rumba Mexican Grill and enjoy their Mexican buffet Monday through Friday from 11 am to 3 pm. Just a quick word of advice, if I were you, I would be sure I didn't have to do any hard work after my lunch break. The only thing I will be wanting to do after that lunch buffet is take a FAT NAP!
