Each and every week I am going to share with you the most five popular songs in the afternoon on Gator 99.5!

If I am not getting updates on Lake Area traffic, it is the requests taken. I personally would like to thank you for calling in the afternoon on Gator, and sharing your thoughts about Today's Country Hits.

Number One in the land is a song by artist Brett Eldredge. The title is "Drunk On Your Love."

Coming in a close second is a powerful tune by Cole Swindell. He takes us on a heartfelt journey and shares about his recent loss of his father. Here's "You Should Be Here."

Last October, Rascal Flatts were in concert in Kinder and they introduced this song to the Southwest Louisiana Fanbase. Coming in at Number Three is "I like The Sound Of That."

This Duo does not release stiffs. Hit after hit after hit for Florida-Georgia line. Their latest song comes in Number Four today. Here's "Confession."

I host one of the most popular features in Southwest Louisiana each and every weekday afternoon at Five. It's the Drive at Five, 40 minutes of continuous country for your drive home from work. Putting the music rotation together is SERIOUS BUSINESS and each some song played between 5 p.m. to 5:40 p.m. is carefully looked at.

With that being said, the song that comes in at Number Five is heard often on the drive home. It's Chase Bryant's "Little Bit Of You."

Well there you have it! My pick of the most popular country songs in the afternoon on Gator 99.5.

Can Brett hold off Cole to remain Number One next week? Guess we will find out next week!
