QB Joe Burrow On SI Cover While LSU Drops To #2 In Rankings

It has been announced that LSU quarterback Joe Burrow is on the recent issue of Sports Illustrated magazine.

Burrow is being hailed as the front runner for the Heisman Trophy this year as the Tigers are 11-0 on the season and have clinched a spot in the SEC championship taking on Georgia on December 7th, 2019 in Atlanta.

The LSU tigers also found out last night that they are no longer the #1 team in the country. Ohio State jumped LSU for the #1 spot while LSU fell to number 2.

The Tigers will make their case this Saturday when they take on the Texas A&M Aggies in Tigers stadium in Baton Rouge. The game has a 6pm start and will be televised on ESPN.
