Grammy nominee and award winning country music star Trace Adkins will perform Saturday night at Delta Downs Racetrack and Casino.

The Louisiana-born, father of four began his music career in 1996 after working on oil rigs.

Trace has released 11 studio albums and greatest hits compilations.

I had the pleasure of meeting this big guy a few years ago, and his stature really is as big as his booming voice.

I'm sure he will perform most of the songs that were chart-toppers for him over the past 20-plus years, but these are the ones I would really like to hear.
