
Texas Festival Goes Cajun and 90s Country: A Southern Bash
The Montgomery Music & Mudbugs Festival is an exciting event in Montgomery County, Texas, combining the best of Cajun culture and country music. Set to take place on March 29, 2025, the festival offers a mix of live performances, delicious food, and family-friendly fun for all ages.
The event is located just south of Highway 105 on McCaleb Road in Montgomery Country, Texas, and this festival has a great lineup of music from some legendary artists.
The 2025 festival features a music lineup with some incredible artists, including Pat Green, a Texas country legend known for hits like Wave on Wave and Austin.
Shenandoah, a legendary 90s country band, will also perform, bringing back the sounds that defined the country music scene of that era. Some of their huge hits include Two Dozen Roses, Sunday In The South, Ghost In This House, and more.
Additionally, Grammy Award winner and Louisiana Music Hall of Famer Wayne Toups will perform live with his unique blend of Cajun and Zydeco music. Hear Wayne sing his hits Take My Hand, Standing In The Rain, Please Explain, Tupelo Honey, and more.
Josh Weathers and the Scooter Brown Band will also be rocking the stage at the festival
Aside from great music, the festival offers mouthwatering Cajun food, including crawfish, shrimp, and other delicious dishes that capture the spirit of Louisiana. There's even a Kids Zone to keep the little ones entertained while adults enjoy the live tunes and food. Vendors will also be on-site, offering unique items for festival-goers.
