The 28th Annual World's Ugliest Dog Contest

The winner of this years "World's Ugliest Dog" contest is a blind, 17- year-old Chihuaha with a blonde mohawk named SweePee. And, yes, she's ugly.

You know how some dogs are ugly in the "they are so ugly they're cute" kind of way? Well, that's not SweePee. This 17-year-old Chinese Crested Chihuahua is just plain old ugly. She's blind, incontinent, has a blonde Mohawk, and a sore on her leg oozing pus.

After looking at SweePee it's hard to believe that this was the third year she's competed in the "World's Ugliest Dog" contest, but it's the first time she's won. What dog could possibly be uglier than SweePee?
