Get ready for one great night of country music that will transport you back to the late 1980s and 1990s. Three country super groups from that era will be represented on September 1st when the former lead singers of Lonestar, Restless Heart, And Little Texas come to town in concert.

The show and the group are called The Frontmen and feature Tim Rushlow formerly of Little Texas, Larry Stewart of Restless Heart, & Richie McDonald formerly of Lonestar. How awesome is that?

Let's talk about all three of those groups and the songs that they released in their heyday. Little Texas had a ton of hits back in the day. Do you remember the hits What Might Have Been, God Bless Texas, My Love, Kick A Little, Amyt's Back In Austin, and Some Guys Have All The Love? That was all Little Texas hits.

Then there is Restless Heart with lead singer Larry Stewart who will be singing all of your favorite songs from the band like The Bluest Eyes In Texas, That Rock Won't Roll, When She Cries, I'll Still Be Loving You, Fast Movin' Train, Why Does It Have To Be Wrong Or Right, and A Tender Lie. That is just the tip of the iceberg for Restless Heart.

The third and final band's lead singer is Richie McDonald from Lonestar. Lonestar is known for its power ballads like Amazed, I'm Already There, and other hits like Mr. Mom, No News, My Front Porch Looking In, and many more.

The Frontment with a night of all three country groups' former lead singers will take place at the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles. The show is set for Friday, September 1st, 2023, and will get underway at 8:30 pm.
