Watermelon Festival in DeRidder This Weekend June 23-25

This weekend Beauregard Parish will come alive as the Watermelon Festival comes to DeRidder, Louisiana.  The festival starts on Thursday night June 23rd and goes thru June 25th.

The festival is located at the Beauregard Fair grounds in DeRidder.  The gates open at 4:00 p.m. and the big carnival starts at 6:00 p.m.

They will have live events inside the indoor exhibit hall all three days and you can also enjoy live music on the main stage starting at 5:15 p.m. and music is non stop all night and continues thru Saturday June 25th as well.

Thursday, June 23rd, 2016:

Opening ceremonies start at 5:00 p.m.

Friday, June 24th, 2016

5:15 p.m. -- Mark Reeves and Twisted X

7:00 p.m. -- Richard LeBoeuf

9:30 p.m. -- Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition

Saturday, June 25th, 2016

Activities on the main stage starts at 10:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m.

7:00 p.m. -- Greg Martinez and the Delta Kings

9:00 p.m. -- Jamie Bergeron and the Kickin Cajuns

Gator 99.5 will be out broadcasting live this Saturday June 25th from 10 a.m. to Noon so come join us!
