Boy Nearly Struck By Light Rail Train In Houston- [VIDEO]

A boy races out in front of a light rail train in Houston, and comes within inches of getting hit.

Is this not a nightmare situation for any parent?  I know I watch my kids like a hawk!  Yes, when my kids were young I used a kid leash, don't judge.  Over protective, maybe, but I have always been a worse case scenario parent and try to prepare for everything.  However, I do know that it only takes a split second for a child to put their life in peril.  My heart jumped out of my chest when I watched this video!
