As many around the world have been getting their COVID-19 vaccinations, many are wondering about where they can get theirs in Lake Charles. Well, the Calcasieu Council on Aging is having a COVID-19 Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic.

This will be for persons ages 60 and older and will be administered by Albertsons Pharmacy. The shots will be given at the Lake Charles Senior Center 1530 5th Street, with the first dose being given on Thursday, March 11 and the second dose being given on Thursday, April 8. The times will be from 9:00am till 2:00pm.

These will be for the Moderna shot and appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call one of the following to register.

All participants must bring their insurance cards. If you're on Medicare Part B, you will need the red/white/blue card.
