The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury will launch the 2016 Summer Feeding Program on Monday June 6. All children ages 18 and under are eligible to benefit from the program free of charge in Calcasieu Parish. All meals will be served Monday–Friday and be provided on a first come, first served basis. Breakfast will be served from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00am, and lunch will be served from noon to 1:00pm.

The 2016 Summer Feeding Program will take place June 6 through July 29. All sites will be closed July 4, 2016 to observe the 4th of July holiday. There will be no discrimination during the course of the meal service. Acceptance and participation requirements for the program are the same for everyone regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability.

E.K. Key - 1201 E. Burton Street, Sulphur, LA 70633

Gillis Elementary - 916 Topsy Road, Lake Charles, LA 70611

J.I. Watson Elementary - 201 E. First Street, Iowa, LA 70647

Vinton Elementary - 1610 Hampton Street, Vinton, LA 70668

Western Heights Elementary - 1100 Elizabeth Street, Westlake, LA 70669

W.T. Henning Elementary - 774 Henning Drive, Sulphur, LA 70663

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form (AD-3027), found online here and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
