Chris Lane Takes Hard Fall At Concert- [VIDEO]

Chris Lane slipped and took a hard fall while he opened up for Florida Georgia Line, Backstreet Boys, and Nelly at their Fenway Park show in Boston.  He got back up a few moments later, so it seems that he is good.

He was a good sport about it and posted on Instagram, "My First Stadium Show Ever...my first fall on stage".
