The City of Lake Charles’ Partners in Parks initiative is teaming up with Phillips 66 to host the STEM Family Fun Day on Saturday, June 25, 2022. This weekend's event is absolutely free and will take place at Drew Park, at 416 Dr. Michael DeBakey Dr.from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Take part in fun STEM activities the entire family can participate in like making volcanos, and work with dry ice, and lava lamps.

Families can enjoy snacks and refreshments and kids can ride the kiddie train, board the Phillips 66 fire truck, play with orbeez, and bubbles, make elephant toothpaste, play with glitter slime and so much more! The Children’s Museum of Southwest Louisiana will also be on hand with an art stand and a few more totally fun games and projects to get into.
