Crawfish Ice Cream? It’s a Thing, but Would You Try it?

In 2017, Red Circle Ice Cream was born in Houston, Texas. They take normal desserts, and made the more "fun and exciting". To make things "exciting", they came up with a Crawfish Ice Cream.

The recipe seems easy enough, real crawfish (duh), cayenne pepper, garlic, and butter. Before you turn your nose up, like I did, the reviews on it are surprisingly good. They were only going to introduce the flavor for a weekend, but the flavor became and over-night celebrity, and is sticking around for a while (I guess during the "season').
