I-10 Eastbound at LA 108 Road Closure Today

Today marks the start of another road closure that could affect your daily commute. The Louisiana DOTD posted that the I-10 eastbound entrance ramp will be closed today  Tuesday, March 3, weather permitting. Motorists traveling southbound on LA 108 can make a left turn onto I-10, with a detour and signal made available.

The I-10 westbound entrance will also be closed starting today. The closures come as part of the ongoing improvements being made to I-10. Traffic on I-10 will be able to use the service road while the contractors work on the concrete parts of the interstate.

DOTD will notify the public about the date these shifts will take place, as soon as the information is made available. All motorists are reminded by the DOTD to use caution when driving through construction zones. Also, pay attention to work crews and equipment.
