If there is one thing we love in Southwest Louisiana is our festivals. One of those festivals we have been missing the last few years is the Iowa Rabbit Festival.

The festival had to take a few years off due to the pandemic and hurricanes but we are happy to announce that it is back! The festival originated in Iowa, Louisiana, and took place in the city park.

Due to the uncertain weather around here in Southwest Louisiana, it was moved a few years back to the Burton Coliseum to make sure the festival could be held every year.

When we saw the announcement today, we were so happy to see that the Iowa Rabbit Festival was coming back. It will take place on Friday, March 17, and Saturday, March 18th at the Burton Coliseum in Lake Charles. The festival features a carnival, rabbit cookoff, and a bunch of great live music.

They took to Facebook this morning to announce that the festival is back and also to announce the entertainment lineup. So who is playing? We got the lineup for you here.

Scheduled to appear and perform for you are:

We are not sure of the actual day and times each one of these artists will perform but just know that they will all be on the stage live for the festival. So get ready for one of the biggest festivals as it's back here in Lake Charles in March of 2023.
