What is Project Cradle Care?

Project Cradle Care is a signature program of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.,  dedicated to improving the maternal and infant health outcomes of women in our communities. Through advocacy, education, and community outreach, we strive to provide mothers with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.

In partnership with the March of Dimes, the Gamma Lambda Sigma Chapter is addressing challenges such as chronic stress, underlying health conditions, and limited access to prenatal care. Together, we aim to:

  • Empower women of childbearing age with critical prenatal education.
  • Ensure more mothers have access to quality prenatal care.
  • Promote better infant care and child development practices.
