The Lake Charles area is grateful to have great venues in the Southwest Louisiana area, like the Lake Charles Event Center, Southlake Theater, Golden Nugget-Lake Charles, L'Auberge Casino, and Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder. Plus, all of our wonderful local venues that support so many of our local artists in the area.
There have already been some big concerts announced for 2026 in Louisiana and Southeast Texas. Artists like Jon Pardi, Parker McCollum, Journey, Katt Williams, and so many others.

It has been a few years since Josh Turner has been here in Southwest Louisiana. Josh grew up singing in church in South Carolina, and after moving to Nashville, he worked hard to build his career, and his big break came with the hit song “Long Black Train.” Since then, he’s become famous for songs like “Your Man,” “Would You Go With Me,” and “Why Don’t We Just Dance.”

Country Singer Josh Turner has announced that he will be coming back to Southwest Louisiana and will be in Lake Charles on Saturday, February 21st, 2026. Josh will perform inside the Golden Nugget's Grand Event Center. Tickets will go on sale on Friday at 10 am.
